We recently upgraded to 2025 R2 and one of our Import Scenarios is now throwing errors. Here is the main one: The Import Scenario is Deleting the Salesperson from each location in preparation for adding the new person in a second scenario.
I went to the Customer and every aspect is filled out correctly. Nothing in the error message is empty for the Customer. Do we need to add all of those fields now to each Import Scenario??? I have attached the file to this post.

Thanks for sharing the Import Scenario XML. I have imported the same and ran it. It has just worked successfully. I noticed only 1 thing which I changed that it is “Salespersons” object instead of “CWACCommissionSplits” unless you are using any customization. I believe as long as the Customer ID matches and other key fields matches, it will execute and delete the Salesperson data.

Thank you! That does work. Unfortunately, we do have a customization that is affected. So we have to let our Vendor recreate it.
