Could someone kindly share an export scenario for ACH with Bank of America?

You can modify the existing ACH export scenario to meet your bank's requirements, although it can be tricky (feels like another language). If you haven't, I would recommend trying the ACH Plug-in. I've found that it more often meets the requirements, and if not, it's much easier to modify. Screenshot below where you select the plug-in:
