Our CFO wanted to test out some AI Capabilities and started with a question.
“Can we use AI and Acumatica to establish patterns and predict when payments for invoices will be made?”
I fired up codex and threw in a prompt for Plan Mode.
Codex asked me 9 questions
In total, it took roughly 10-15 minutes for the plan to generate.
After user approval to implement the plan, success was almost won! (1 hour and 22 minutes)
After having Codex publish and test as a user, it noticed that it forgot to add the site map and enable permissions. Once it cleaned all that up, it alerted me that it was ready for human review.
There’s also a tab for each individual invoice, the justification of data, who won’t be paying inside their payment terms, and a few other bonus tabs. Values omitted.
