Hello,

When attempting to release a transfer for a Fixed asset, we are receiving this error:

Any ideas on what this error could mean, or how to fix it?

Thanks!

Hello,

I’m not sure if this possible solution applies to your situation, because the Solution does not mention the error you are seeing. However the known issue mentions a problem with the period of the asset… something that is mentioned in your error.

Is your asset fully depreciated?

The solution is to ask your Partner to help you open a Case with Acumatica.

If your asset isn’t fully depreciated, then ignore this possible idea.

Hi @Laura02

The asset is not fully depreciated. Thanks for looking into this too.

We just completed an upgrade from 2022 R1 to 2022 R2 also.

Irina,

Can I get instructions on how to fix the data? At JAMIS we white label the software and I have a customer with this issue.

We are also going to see if we can get the code change from Acu Dev.
