We're currently running a custom Acumatica site on 2023 R1 and are planning to integrate Stripe as our payment gateway.
Our requirement is to support both:
- Credit Card payments
- Direct Debit payments
We've reviewed the available Acumatica knowledge base articles and documentation and found references to Stripe support for credit card processing, but we haven't been able to find anything that clearly indicates whether Direct Debit payment methods (e.g. bank account debits) are supported through the native Stripe integration.
Has anyone implemented Stripe Direct Debit with Acumatica 2023 R1, or is aware of:
- Whether it is supported out of the box?
- Any version-specific limitations?
- The need for customization or a third-party solution to enable Direct Debit processing?
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
