Shopify Non-Stock Orders being Filtered

There are orders that contain non-stock items that get fulfilled right away before syncing to Acumatica the Shopify connector. These orders get the status of filtered. We would like to sync them to Acumatica using import scenario or API.

  1. Is there a way to import archived orders or modify Shopify orders to archive after 7 days?
  2. How do we prevent this from happening?
