Hi, we currently save emails to MS Outlook and would like to save them in MYOB acumatica/payables/suppliers. when i try to drag an email into the supplier “files” in payables, i get this error. Any ideas on how we can drag emails into MYOB to save them there?
You can update which file extensions are allowed to be uploaded in the ‘File Upload Preferences’ screen.
HI Aiwan, thankyou for replying. do you know where the “file upload preferences” are located? i tried the top searchbar and searched upload and file upload but the help topics didn’t show me where to find the file upload preferences, thanks in advance
