1. Create a payment method for receiving ACH, then you can manually create the payments in Acumatica when they hit your bank.
2. You can use Bank Feeds functionality to connect Acumatica to your bank and see the transactions coming in.
3. There is also Acumatica Payments which supports EFT payments from customers and automates creation of the payments in Acumatica.
