Expense reclassification can be disabled:
Expense reclassification is optional, not a requirement, and I think it’s confusing to new users to have Release and Pre-Release offered at the same time when Hold is removed.
The feature allows a bill to be paid with temporary expense account, and then later changed/reclassed to a correct expense account.
