We have a site in the UK who want to lookup postcodes and have the address entered automatically.   When a new customer is created they enter the postcode and it displays all the address’s in that postcode.   The user will then select the correct address and its updates the relevant fields.    Can anyone advise on a solution that will work in the UK.

Hi @juneterris87

That is currently not a feature out of the box even for US.

Here is an idea that you can upvote so that maybe Acumatica will enable it:

Hi @juneterris87,

Quick update on this, since it’s changed since the original reply. Acumatica now has a native Address Lookup Integration feature. You enable it on Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) under Customer Management, set up a provider on Address Providers (CS103000), and select it on Site Preferences (SM200505) (and Portal Preferences if you want it on the Self-Service Portal). Supported providers are Google Maps and Azure Maps, and you’ll need an API key. For the UK you’d use Google Maps, since its supported countries are US, UK, Canada and Mexico (Azure is US only).

Once it’s set up, one of the documented use cases is exactly this - finding an address from a postal code when the other details are missing - and it can add, update or fill in the address on any form with address fields. There’s a Test Connection button on CS103000 so you can confirm the provider is working straight away.

Setup steps and details here: https://help.acumatica.com/Wiki/ShowWiki.aspx?pageid=6e288e35-6afe-4659-8530-dc20a339175a
Hope this will help you.
