Plaid Bank Connection Broken

If there is a issue with connecting to Bank via Plaid integration is this a support issue for Acumatica or for Plaid?  

If this a support for Plaid, how do we contact?

Hi @dsimmerly Are you getting this error only for one type of bank?

The first support case should be with Acumatica Support.

Hi @dsimmerly Here is some information that might be helpful , as I see “brex” in the error message.
I'm having issues connecting my bank account to Brex | Brex

Just an Additional thought, if this issue is only with one type of bank, then the financial institution may not allow third party apps like palid to connect.
As an alternative, please try using MX instead of plaid on the Bank feeds.

    Customer report that they have used for this bank before with Plaid and now can not
