Payments and Application in AR Customer choice goes blank

Hi all

First time here so please bear with me

When choosing a Customer in Payments and Applications on a specific date ( July 8th ono.) it goes blank. But when in Profile and choosing Actions- Payments and Applications the process is allowed.

Hi @andre89 In the below shown “Payment and Applications” screenshot, are you trying to select the customer after filtering the Payment Date. if this is the scenario, then if the selected Customer does not have any payment for the given date, then the grid will show blank. Kindly keep posted.
