On the Fixed Asset screen, is there a way to restrict a user so they can only access specific assigned Asset Types instead of all of them?

I don’t think we have an option to provide access based on Fixed Asset types.

We may need to explore a solution through customization using restriction groups.

On the Fixed Asset Preference form(FA101000) you have access right option under tools button.

I would Highly encourage you to go through the same, hope you would get some lead here.

​@kimhungnguyenthi - This has been said above, but Fixed Asset types can’t be restricted.  For what it’s worth, Fixed Assets are associated with Branches, which can be restricted.  I’m not sure if that is helpful in your particular situation, but that would be the closest level of restriction you could apply.
