Issue when creating Sales order - SA 

 

 

I tried to remove the line and re-add and there’s another error coming up

For this error :
 

You can remove some quantity & try because you shipping more quantity than present.
For “Object reference error“ : is that any customization you did recently on Sales Orders screen ? 
If yes then unpublish it & try. so you can get idea about error.

The SA Order is linked to a Sales Order with allocations.
This means the quantity needs to be allocated at the Sales Order level. Could you please confirm if there is enough available quantity in inventory to proceed with creating the Sales Order?

Hi ​@Manikanta Dhulipudi there is no enough available quantity but this is the process they are doing. I mean before upgrade they were able to add more than the available quantity.
