We just saw this on a transaction while trying to generate a payment link using Acumatica Payments and have to say this isn’t very logical

1 - The address error was because of an added “Attn” name being included in address line #2 (Very few systems validate an address line #2 - certainly haven't seen this used in AVS before and would expect it to allow for some leniency or just flat out ignore)

2 - Removing the values from the document didn’t fix the issue. Acumatica Payments appears to be validating the account address from the customer’s primary location (or possibly the location on the document?) and not the document address

We’re a week into using Payment Links, I’m guessing this is going to be a common issue going forward.

Anyone know tricks on how to tone down sensitivity of AVS used in Acumatica Payments or get it to ignore address line #2?

We’ve been having this problem too.

The only solution I found was to completely remove the Attn: ‘Name’ from the main Customer file in both Address Line 1 and Address Line 2. This allows us to “Create Payment Link”.

I agree that it is an issue that should be looked at, as we do want to have the “Attn” saved for some of our customers../
