I have using Bank feeds connected to Chase and Capital One with Plaid for quite some time.

I am now getting a "No access token returned: invalid_scope" error and not able to delete the feed or update credentials.

Can someone advise what is causing this?

Hello,

Have you contacted your bank to inquire about outages?

Hello, I agree: it’s unlikely more than one bank would have a problem. I wonder if your Acumatica instance has a problem reaching the banks.  Did you already try refreshing/Updating the License?

Is it possible the computer running your Acumatica ERP instance doesn’t have access to the Internet or has port 443 closed?  From Acumatica Help:

Hi @thinkinkllc

Please Run Diagnostics in Cloud Service Diagnostics after updating the License as mentioned by @Laura03

Thank you with Acumatica’s help we were able to identify that there was a corruption issue during an upgrade on our license.
