I have been trying to import or create first AP bill with a negative balance in MIGRATION mode. But when I try to either import or try to create manually, it triggers the following error:
What are all my options to get this done?

Negative Balances cannot be migrated in AP Bill

I believe you should use a debit adj. to reflect this negative balance.
