Link Employee ID Claimed By field using Credit Card Numbers

Hi, 

I’ve created an import scenario to import expense receipts using a file format from the bank. Since the employee ID is not in the csv file, is there a way to link the Claimed By field by using the credit card number in the import scenario? The corporate cards are all setup and each card is linked to their respective employee ID.
