I ran into an interesting issue whereby my Last Statement Date wasn’t updating anytime I would Prepare Statements. Normally it is supposed to remove the statement cycle if it is no longer relevant to the list, but it would always remain. I’m not 100% sure of the cause of that.
However, I recently tried preparing the statements again, but for the last statement date that it was stuck on. After that one cleared from the list I tried the next statement cycle, but I think you can actually jump straight to your current date for preparing statements. After that point, I didn’t run into any issue and now my Last Statement Date is keeping up with my current cycle.
Last Statement Date Stuck
I am having this same issue. I prepared statements for the date of 10/31/2025 and successfully sent those statements, however Acumatica is still showing the “Last Statement Date” of 4/30/2025. Why is this date not showing as 10/31/2025 since that was in fact the most recent date statements were generated?
