Hi @everyone,

There are sales orders that we synched from BigCommerce to Acumatica that has an issue with the order quantity. In BC, it does show only 1 qty for item 10021. However, the order in Acumatica shows 1 Qty, and then another 2 Qty. 
This caused failure of synching the payment entity.
