There are times when our accounting department would need to print out a journal transaction record, is there a built-in option for this? Similar to SO and PO? Thank you in advance!

Are you asking about printing a Transactions List, a list of all posted transactions for a range of time? If so, try Transactions for Period report.
Are you asking about printing one journal batch? Batch Register Details can be printed for a released (Posted/Unposted status) batch. GL Edit Detailed can be printed for an unreleased (Hold, Pending Approval, or Balanced status) batch.
