Inventory Transaction History

Hi,

We're having a hard time viewing the Inventory Transaction History report because it only shows invoices that have been invoiced and shipped items aren't showing up. Is there any way I can see them?

Hi @anna117  For the SKU, If we create the Create and Confirm the Shipment, Inventory Stock will not be affected, until we create the Invoice for the shipment (Prepare Invoice) OR click on the Update IN action in the Shipments screen.

Once Inventory is affected by the above action, then those details are shown here.

      Hello @anna117 ,

      Can you explain the goal of your report, explain your reporting needs?  Providing examples will help us give a complete answer.

      By definition of Transaction,  Transactions = accounting debits and credits in the system; these will be shown on Transaction reports.  Sometimes there is an option to include Unposted and/or Unreleased transactions.

      If you are trying to see up to date Inventory on  hand, quantities available, items needing replenishment, etc. other reports may meet your need.
