You cannot import GL transactions with Batch.Module = AP. Transactions with AP module can only be created by the system when a user releases AP documents.

Directly on the Journal Transactions (GL301000) form, users can only create transactions with Batch.Module = GL.

Hi @NAWRES As @NAWRES rightly mentioned, you cannot enter AP transactions directly into the Journal Transactions Screen. Below are options to import AP Transactions to GL

1. Book the transaction directly in to the Journal Transactions Screen with proper descriptions of the Transactions. 
2. Enter relevant transactions like Bill, Adjust with Debit Adjustments or Check (AP Payment) in AP Module to properly close the documents in AP Module, and affect the GL.
