I tried to upload the bank statement (excel file) for do the bank recociliation. However system pop up below screenshot not sure if i didnt update/do the setting in somewhere.

If the issue still persists, I suggest reaching out to the bank and ask them to provide the file as per the required format. The list of supported formats can be found in the Importing Transactions help article.

Are you using the UPLOAD button in the header or the upload icon in the body?
