Please follow the below steps to configure the email notification:

Go to the Email Template screen.

Select the Screen as Sales Order.

Enter the From Email ID.
-
Select the To Address (recipient to whom the email should be sent).

Add the Subject and Body of the email.

Click Save.

Go to the Business Events screen.

Create a new event and select the Screen as Sales Order.

In the Trigger Conditions, choose New Field Value.

Select Document → Status = Open.

Navigate to the Subscriber tab.

Select Email Notification as the subscriber type.

Add the previously created Email Template.
-
Click Save. Once the Sales Order status changes to Open, the system will automatically trigger an email to the financial team based on the configured To Address.
