Related to Acumatica Artificial Intelligence how can I habilitate the AI Acumatica Assistant button or features AI in 2025v1, I see in the demo videos that appear this botton, but in my Acumatica I cant see this feature:

They showed a demo using a special build that is not yet available to partners and customers. The feature is actively being worked on, but there is no scheduled release date at this time.

The AI Assistant is now available in 26R1 beta but the AI Assistant Processing screen (ML503010) is not accessible. Is this by design in the beta release? I’d like to demo for a prospect using a project GI but that doesn’t seem possible without access to that screen.

Make sure to apply a valid partner license. For more info on licensing approach in 2026 R1, please refer to.
If the issue persists, make sure that your role has AI Assistant or Administrator user role assigned.
Hi Irina, thanks for the reply. It was a licensed environment and I could utilize some of the features but the processing screen itself was not made available in the beta version. I did notice that has been rectified for the general release.
