Our client wants to look at a PnL and compare it to the number of employees that were working in that department for the month.  Is there a good way to use a statistical ledger or GI to get that number?

I was thinking of a GI and then I got stuck.

A statistical ledger is the way to go - you can have a different count by company, branch, or subaccount if this is how you’re tracking the different departments. The information will then be available for calculations and reporting in ARM or Velixo, so you can do calculations like revenue per headcount.
