Is there a way to build a GI which would look at total demand for a given item. We are trying to capture inventory items which we have marked as Inactive but still sit on various forms (POs, BOMs, etc.).

I would like to see the response on this if it is possible to get all of that in a single screen as well.
You can accomplish this with two different screens though. The Inventory Summary (IN401000) with all the columns assigned to the view would show any current demand documents or supply documents against that item.
Then to see what BOMs it is assigned is just through the BOM Where Used (AM402000) .
I guess you could figure out how to bring those two screens together in a single GI.
I anxiously await to see if an expert has an easier solution.
