We are getting this type of error on almost everything that needs to be processed. Users try for many times receiving the same error and eventually it goes thru and process. Sometimes it processes right away sometimes it takes several tries. 

Any idea what can be casing this behavior?

Is this out of the box? Do you have any customizations published?

By Seeing your Trace, it’s because of the code written having issues while fetching the data. Try to unpublish the customization and check once.


If not customizations, look for Business Events touching Shipments.


Hi @williamq178 Is it happening for every shipment, Check if any other screen updating the so shipment tables like automation schedulers, Business events, any push notification from shipping integration tools,

Do you have any automation schedules or import scenarios that run?

We had an issue like this due to an import scenario running on an automation schedule.
