Errro Message in Expenses Claim - Sub account issue

Hi 

I encountered a problem of expense claim as below , not sure how to solve it ? Anyone can advise?

Hi @erin 

  • The error seems to be due to missing ‘Sub account’ Segment value for a segment ‘Project’.
  • Check the ‘Financial settings’ tab of Employee profile to find out what AP Sub account has been selected
  • On Segment key values, check if the values are defined on Segment value screen
