I want to extend a new customers from business account, but while i try to extend there is error like this and also I can’t add a the new customer or account class. Can anyone help try to solve this?

Error: 'Project' of '[DiscTakenSubID]' does not exist in the system.

On the Business Accounts screen => When you click on "EXTEND AS CUSTOMER" => the system will switch to the Customer screen => On the Customer screen, select "Customer Class" and note that "Cash Discount Sub." on Customer Classes must be set up first.

If you don’t actually need the Project segment for discounts, you can either:

Adjust your subaccount mask to not include Project, or
-
Create a default “blank” Project segment value (like
00000) for use in subaccounts.
