If any transaction is deleted we can access the information about the transaction.

Please help what type of data you are looking.

We are looking for the information in a report form that delineates what each customer payment was applied to (not a listing of transaction numbers/hyperlinks that have to be drilled down into).

Did you already try AR Customer Balance Report with payment applications options checked on?

Thank you, Laura. This helps. At least we can see the transactions by financial periods. I will present this to our AR person and see if we need anything further.
