The client requires a prepayment before production begins and full payment before delivery. Is there a good way to set up this kind of term?

I set-up a credit terms called “CIA” (Cash in Advance) and then check the box for Prepayment Required. Doing this also allows users to override the Prepayment Percent in the Sales Orders. It also blocks shipments until the prepayment percent is satisfied.
