Do anyone know the steps to create a new category to add to the Finance module to which I can add reports under it vs the standard options out of the box? I am on 26R1

You can do this natively without customization. Open the Configuration Menu (gear icon) and select Edit Menu. From there, navigate to the Finance workspace, click Menu Settings in the upper-right corner, and select Add Category. Once you’ve created the category, you can add your reports using Add Menu Item and assign them to the new category through Edit Link Parameters. Alternatively, you can manage report placement through the Site Map by updating the Workspaces and Category fields.
