 I would like the from email address in statements to be our finance email address opposed to our service email address.  I have changed but it’s picking up the service email address.

It was changed under the email template for statements:

And I also changed it under the accounts receivable preferences to set it as the default email account but it’s still picking up the other email address.

Is there an embedded notification in the Statement report (AR641500.rpx) file itself that’s overriding your Email Template in Acumatica?

I had this issue as well. In my case the customer was using AP email for their defaults so all the customer statements were sent from AP email. I updated the statement form and it didn't work. The solution for me was as below. I had to use email account from customer classes.
