Cannot scroll Record Types List for "Recently Viewed Transactions"`

I am trying to scroll down the list of record types in the recently viewed transactions and I just cannot find a way to scroll down the Record Types.
 

I have to zoom out the browser to view the other record types.

 

Anyone has any ideas how to scroll down to view other record types.
