Question

Can you capture Credit Card Processing fees using Acumatica Payments?

We just upgraded to 24r2 and are thinking of switching to Acumatica Payments.  With our current third- party payment vendor, Credit Card Processing fees are calculated, and these fees are being added to the Acumatica Payment screen so that the customer is paying for using a credit card.

Is there a way to continue to calculate credit card processing fees and charge them directly to a customer if we move to Acumatica Payments?

Thanks, Kelly02.  Can you give me a little more detail or point me to a website url that explains this?  All I have found so far is setting up a negative discount.  Or, I understand I can add fees to the Processing Center setup but credit card processing fees are different dependent on the card brand and can change.  Anything that you might recommend like a plug in or something that is designed to do this calculation and then add it to the payment?  I have also read that authorize.net might be able to handle calculating cc processing fees, but only until we upgrade to 25r1 or higher next year when apparently it won’t be available.  Thanks again!
