Bank Feed for BMO Business Account

Is it still the case that MX is not supporting BMO Business accounts as mentioned on below ?

Any other recommendation if the above is true?

We were able to connect bmo business to acumatica but we are running into some missing bank transactions when you retrieve the transactions.

​@pauledpalina66 If you are referring to online feed, unfortunately it still has problem and seems to be a common issue with Canadian Banks. I currently have two open cases with Acumatica/MX re BMO OLBB and BMO SD that has been open for months. every couple of weeks I get an email from Acumatica that MX is saying they have made a kind of change and they want me to update credntial and try but nothing has worked yet. The problems we are facing are:

Seeing trnsactions that we do not have such a transactions.

Missing transactions.

Misplaced transactions between accounts.

missing cash accounts completely

Seeing accounts we do not recognize.

 

these all are documented and submitted to Acumatica/MX but no resolution yet. Let see if hopefully sometime soon this case will be closed.
