Does anyone know when WorkWave will have the integration for 2023R2 ready?

@bduprey19 Hi! Are you talking about the integration between Service Managament and WorkWave or is it another integration?

Currenlty, the integration between Service Managament and WorkWave Route Optimizer is implemented and the functionality is available on the Optimize Appointment Scheduling form on Acumatica.

    Can you clarify where an API key can be obtained for WorkWave Scheduling Optimization please?

    Please refer to the following thread as well. As you may note, the integration is supported upto 2023r2 only.

      The functionality described on https://help.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=6a062b80-f305-4895-a934-2543c1044475 has been available since 2020 R1.

      But the documentation that @vkumar sent it’s about a different functionality (WorkWake Route Manager).
