Some of my technicians have complained of some differing amounts from the Service Order to the Appointment, and it has boiled down to taxes. I’ve seen it pop up a few times, and its always a Special Tax issue.

The  address was validated at the Customer level, and not overridden on either the Service Order or Appointment.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

We figured it out! There was a new tax implemented 10/1/2024 which was why it was appearing on the appointment, set for 10/9/2024, and not the Service Order with the date of 9/26/2024.
