I am trying to make a generic inquiry of appointments for the current month and past months so I can add a widget to my dashboard of a bar graph on how many hours are being used with each of our customers. I still struggle with making GIs...

Hi @CAMORRISON ,

You need add filters from the Filters screen in Acumatica for the date range you required.

Like for current month you can use predefined filters line @MonthStart and @MonthEnd for current month appointments and for previous you can use @MonthStart-1.

    @CAMORRISON The standard menu provides you a GI with a list of appointments (the Primary list).  You can start by making a copy of this GI and add conditions to only shows the desired date range
