appointment/service order billing warning message - some documents are not visible on this screen...

Does anybody know what this warning message means? It’s in the Run Appointment Billing and Run Service Order Billing screens. 

“Some Documents are not visible on this screen, they have not billing settings associated.”

The warning message means that there is one or more Service Orders/Appointments with no Billing Cycle associated, this inconsistency will not allow to run billing for those documents.It is possible that one or more customers do not have a billing cycle associated to it.

The warning message means that there is one or more Service Orders/Appointments with no Billing Cycle associated, this inconsistency will not allow to run billing for those documents.It is possible that one or more customers do not have a billing cycle associated to it.
