Appointment Location on Map Incorrect

When using the staff appointments on calendar map, the pin for a customer is showing in an incorrect location. How can we update that pin location? Once the appointment is started, will the pin update similar to a delivery system (Smartdrops)? Is there a manual way to make this correction?

The appointment pin on Staff Appointments on Map is based on the related Service Order’s address. Acumatica geocodes that address, stores the resulting latitude and longitude on the appointment, and uses those coordinates to display the pin.

If the pin is incorrect, first verify and correct the address. If the mapping provider still resolves the address incorrectly, manually update the latitude and longitude on the appointment, save, and refresh the map. .

Starting an appointment does not move or recalculate the appointment pin. When GPS tracking is enabled, Show All Devices on Map displays the latest reported locations of staff mobile devices. Device locations are separate from the fixed appointment pin and refresh according to the GPS tracking configuration, device permissions, and connectivity. This provides staff-location visibility.

Thank you @NadeeshaFernando42

Can you confirm how to manually update the latitude and longitude on the address?
