Is there a way to add a link to each appointment of to get back to the first appointment?
Our techs want to be able to refer back to what was done on the first appointment because sometimes a different tech will be going out on the follow up appointments. This way they can get to the appointment faster.

The only way the appointments are linked is through the Service Order. The appointments themselves do not link.
One work around would be they can click the pencil on the Appointment and it will bring up the Service Order with the other appointments attached.
If you wanted it on the actual appointments, you would need a customization.
