Why Dashboard Tiles are not displaying my Shared Filter results

Hi Community,

I have created a tile to display a shared filter on a GI, but the results are not displaying properly. For Example, this Docusign shared filter has 4 records, but my tile shows only 1 record. I cannot seem to get the tile to display more than 1 record. Any suggestions?

Just to update this, the issue was with the Field to Aggregate being Status, it was only showing that status. It should not be Status, it should be Order Number being aggregated to get the correct number of records.
