Will Acumatica charge for the weekend upgrade process. If yes, how much will be changed.

Yes weekend upgrade will be chargeble. They suppose to charge 500$ but any l1 and l2 support required will be consider on weekdays only.

 

  1. Upgrades scheduled between 11:00PM E.T. on Friday and 11:00PM E.T. on Sunday should be requested at least 3 business day's in advance to obtain available options.
     
  2. Upgrade Time (convert to E.T. regardless of customer time zone) Format** : HH:MM
     
  3. Please grant access to the instance as we may require to unpublish customizations.
     
  4. Please use the URGENT priority only when there is a major impact requiring an immediate upgrade
     
  5. If a rollback is requested following the upgrade, a database restore fee (refer to Price-List for cost) will be incurred.
    Should this be processed outside our business hours (over a weekend) an additional weekend service fee (refer to Price-List for cost) will apply.
     

**Midnight = 00:00, Noon = 12:00.
