Occasionally we have a incoming document email that will give us the “Value Cannot be null” error and are therefore unable to open or delete the line item. Specifically it did it to one invoice three different times while trying different ways of emailing the document. It is also strange that we are unable to delete them as well so they sit in the incoming documents folder forever.

We are on Acumatica 2021 R1, Build 21.118.0038


Hi @kbecker  Since you are receiving this issue occasionally, I would recommend you to raise a support ticket with the details below, so that they can review the server logs and provide you the update.

  • Provide Document Number, where the error you received along with instance details
  • Date and Time of that issue occurred.
  • Error Trace information.

@Chris Hackett @Naveen B - I have not been able to get this issue resolved or addressed. We just updated not long ago and it did not fix this issue. I will talk with our support.
