@alexx Not the Description tab. None of the stock forms print it, and @mohammadnawaz51 is right to ask about the connector. That tab is the item's rich-text Content, and if you sell through Shopify or BigCommerce it goes out as the product description on the store. Anything internal you type there ends up public.
The item's own note is the better place for it, but no stock form prints that either. It also doesn't copy onto an order line when someone adds the item.
Line notes do print. The stock sales order, shipment, invoice and PO forms all show each line's note, and Copy Line Notes To Shipment and Copy Line Notes To Invoice on Order Types (SO201000) carry it forward. Someone has to type it on every line, though.
For one note per item on every document, keep the text in the item's note and add it to each form in Report Designer. The stock forms don't join the item table, so add InventoryItem joined on the line's InventoryID, then a Note table joined on InventoryItem.NoteID, and print its NoteText in the line section. The stock PO form (PO641000) prints its line notes through the same kind of Note join, so copy the pattern from there.
If the goal is just that whoever enters the order sees it, a pop-up note on the item does that with no report work. Select Add Pop-Up Note in the item's Notes dialog and it shows when the item is picked on sales orders and invoices.

We do not have any online stores. We’re kind of behind the times. Haha.
Yeah, we use the top note for internal purposes. Like notes to alert the purchaser and/or billing. We also do use line notes but we don’t want to have to do it every single time for this specific part, as it will never change.
We want it to print for the customer but don’t want to add it to the description line as it would be too much on that line. It’s basically doing a package and listing out accessories that are included but we do not inventory them separately. Does that make sense?
@alexx That makes sense, and having no online store changes my answer. The connector was the only reason to keep this out of the Description tab. Without one, that tab is the better spot. The list lives on the item, you type it once, and it stays apart from the internal notes you already use. If you add a Shopify or BigCommerce store later, that tab becomes the product description there, so you'd want to revisit it then.
It still won't print on its own. Whoever maintains your forms would add it in Report Designer. Join InventoryItem to the lines on InventoryID, then put a text box under the line with =[InventoryItem.Body], which is the Description tab's field. Turn on Convert HTML to Text and Can Grow on that text box. The tab saves rich text, and that setting strips the formatting so only the words print. Do it on each form the customer gets: Sales Order (SO641010), Shipment Confirmation (SO642000), and the invoice form (SO643000 or AR641000).
We ran a sample list through the converter that setting uses, on 2026 R1. Separate lines stay separate, but bullets drop off and a space after a bold word can vanish. Type the list as plain lines, one accessory per line.
