Is there any settings in Acumatica that would show some sort of error that the same Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, or Telephone Number has been used and is already associated with another customer profile?

You could look at using the Duplicate Validation if you have CRM but it only works with Leads/Contacts and Business Accounts. You would need to do a customisation to do it on the customer record.

To implement it elsewhere, we would need to either develop a customization or use the Kensium product, which provides this functionality
