No AI Assistant

Hi, 

One of our clients just got upgraded to 2026R1 from 2025R2 and we noticed that AI Assistant is not in the Enable/Disable feature for them to activate, why is that?
Is it a licensing issue?

Need to check on the portal with the VAR. You can also check the license form. Or maybe raise a support ticket with Acumatica. My assumption is there might be some extra costs to enable the same.
